This Temporary User Agreement ("Agreement") is made between Green Petroleum ("Company") and the user ("User"). By accessing or using the Company's program, the User agrees to the following terms.
All ideas, concepts, processes, and proprietary information within the program are the exclusive property of Green Petroleum. The User agrees not to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of the program.
The User acknowledges that the program may contain confidential and proprietary information. The User agrees not to disclose, share, or use this information for any purpose other than the permitted use of the program.
The User shall not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the underlying code, algorithms, or business logic of the program. Any unauthorized use or duplication is strictly prohibited.
The Company reserves the right to take legal action against any User who violates this Agreement, including seeking damages and injunctive relief.
The Company reserves the right to revoke access to the program at any time if the User is suspected of violating any terms of this Agreement.
